With help of Your Shape camera your body gets scanned for further analysis and training. You have the ability to pick specific muscle training workout and the time you have available. With this options the game makes a program for you which you then follow. A personal virtual trainer helps you with progress and exercises and after each workout the fitness game shows you how many calories have you burned and how your progress is going on.
